And after the disappearance of one of the hotel workers, he begins to investigate the hotel, especially the Honeymoon suite, which is barred from entry. But Ohm doesn’t expect to be confronted with the ghosts of his own past, along with the ghoulish specters of the inn. This follows Lim Yu-jin(Kim So-hyun), a fashion major, suddenly forced out by her department head, after she defends a friend from sexual assault, and won’t keep quiet about it. And, finally, Hulu has added Merry Berry Love, a 2026 Disney+ Japanese romcom series. This finds Korean spatial designer Lee Yubin(Ji Chang-wook), after losing everything, decides to start over on the remote Charo Island in Japan. There, he meets Shirahama Karin(Mio Imada), a strawberry farmer. But Shiramama has problems of her own, and their first meeting is anything but romantic. But soon, as they overcome their differences, they begin to see they have more in common than they ever realized. Rinka Kumada, Nam Yoon-su, Kenta Sadoi and Yasunori Danda also star, and there is 1 episode available now, with nine more to come, with a new episode dropping every Wednesday. Steven Yeun, Adriana Paz and Luis Gerardo Mendez also star, and Affleck co-wrote the script with here. But this movie gets a mere 37% on Rotten Tomatoes, and of the Hollywood Reporter says “there are mysteries in Animals, but the most pressing of them is whether anyone told Affleck that Spike Lee just last year released a zingy reimagining of High and Low, Akira Kurosawa’s masterful marriage of police procedural and domestic drama.” And I’m not tuning in. Netflix also offers Delusion, a 2026 Thai thriller series. The story here, revolves around Wan( Natapohn Phornprapha), trying to retain custody of her son, while also caring for her aging parents. Mathew Thomas, Vinay Forrt and Siddharth Bharathan also star, while Shahad Nilambur directs. And this movie gets an amazing 7.7/10 on IMDb, and Anu Devades of High on Films says it “works best as a nerve-wracking procedural and a tightly wound cat-and-mouse game that keeps shifting the balance between hunter and hunted.” And I’m watching. And, finally, Netflix has added The 13 Lords of the Shogun, a 2022 Japanese historical drama series. this tells the story of Hojo Yoshitoki(Shun Oguri), who went on to become second regent of the Kamakura shogunate. But after a rather obscure upbringing, Yoshitoki‘s real rise to power began with his sister’s marriage to notorious criminal, Minamoto no Yoritomo(Yo Oizumi). And this series gets an 85% on Rotten Tomatoes, and Aramide Tinubu of Variety says “harrowing and fearless, this “Carrie” builds on the essential elements of King’s story while connecting it to his broader universe.
